</TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top colSpan=3>Bucs offensive coordinator Greg Olson said Wednesday that he thinks "it's time we become more committed to Cadillac Williams as a full-time guy."
"We're going to get him more involved. And...that's on me," Olson said. No wonder Olson's had limited success at this level. What he fails to realize is that Cadillac's running style leaves him susceptible to monster hits, is strenuous on the body, and is designed much better for a pace-change role. It's why Caddy hasn't made it longer than six games in a season since 2006. Owners of Derrick Ward, who will return this week from his knee injury, should be satisfied with Olson's plan. They could have the Bucs' every-down back by midseason.

Maybe for a while.........

But as the losses begin to pile up for Tampa, Ward & Graham begin to heal, and the urge to take a look at other guys begin to set in, things will change......
